Responsibility

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for automotive spare parts in Bali and regional markets.
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new clients, including distributors, repair shops, and fleet management companies.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups, product updates, and tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the automotive aftermarket.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, trade show participation, and digital outreach to boost brand visibility.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical product knowledge and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive, spare parts, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
