Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for automotive spare parts in Bali and regional markets.
- Identify, engage, and onboard new clients, including distributors, repair shops, and fleet management companies.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups, product updates, and tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the automotive aftermarket.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, trade show participation, and digital outreach to boost brand visibility.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical product knowledge and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive, spare parts, or industrial sectors.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with automotive products, parts catalogs, and industry standards is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian or other regional languages is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Southeast Asia for client meetings and trade events.
