Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio through proactive outreach, networking, and follow-ups.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for automotive products and services.
- Conduct product presentations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in deals to close sales effectively.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new vehicle models to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and inventory reports using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in automotive sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep knowledge of automotive products, features, and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
