Responsibility
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations.
- Conduct professional test drives and product demonstrations to highlight vehicle features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales terms, including pricing, financing, and trade-ins, to close deals efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, including vehicle specifications, history, and market trends.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients through follow-ups and exceptional after-sales service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote vehicles through digital and traditional channels.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, contracts, and documentation in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service roles (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicles, including mechanical basics, features, and market values.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Professional appearance, confidence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., CRM software, Microsoft Office) is advantageous.
