Responsibility

  • Provide expert consultation to customers on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and in-showroom engagement.
  • Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to highlight vehicle benefits and address customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with the finance and service teams to streamline the purchase process and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new vehicle models to provide accurate information.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, tracking performance metrics and customer feedback.
  • Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach to expand the dealership’s market presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automotive sales, retail, or customer service roles (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of vehicle specifications, pricing, and financing options (training provided for brand-specific details).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate customer schedules.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian; additional languages are an advantage.
