Responsibility

  • Provide personalized consultations to customers, identifying their needs and recommending suitable vehicles.
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and safety specifications.
  • Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and financing options to close sales efficiently and profitably.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the finance and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer-facing role (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for cars and a deep understanding of vehicle specifications, features, and benefits.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate customer schedules.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
