Responsibility
- Greets and assists customers in showroom or via inquiries, identifying their needs and recommending suitable Hyundai models.
- Conducts professional test drives, highlighting vehicle features, safety, and technology to close sales.
- Achieves monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive follow-ups, negotiations, and relationship-building.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Hyundai’s product lineup, promotions, and financing options.
- Collaborates with the finance team to facilitate smooth transactions, including loan applications and trade-ins.
- Provides post-sale support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Participates in local marketing events, auto shows, and community outreach to expand brand visibility.
- Accurately documents sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory status in CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (automotive experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about automotive technology and staying updated on industry trends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A) and willingness to travel within Bali.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude and professional demeanor.
- Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
