Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients to drive vehicle sales.
- Conduct product presentations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales campaigns and special offers.
- Maintain accurate sales records and report progress to management.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales.
- Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and features is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software or sales tracking tools is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
