Responsibility
- Proactively engage with potential customers to promote automotive spare parts (motor and car).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers.
- Manage order processing, delivery coordination, and payment collections.
- Maintain accurate sales records and report progress to the sales team.
- Participate in promotional events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for building relationships.
- Basic knowledge of automotive spare parts is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali’s key regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
