Responsibility
- Engage with potential customers through digital channels (email, social media, video calls) to promote Nissan vehicles and generate leads.
- Conduct virtual product presentations and test drives (where applicable) to showcase Nissanâs features, technology, and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital sales campaigns, including social media promotions and email marketing.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into confirmed sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on Nissanâs latest models, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate and compelling information to customers.
- Provide post-sales support, including follow-ups, vehicle delivery coordination, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, manage leads, and report sales performance to the management team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or high-value product sales (e.g., real estate, luxury goods).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers remotely.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Tech-savvy with experience using digital sales tools, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Passion for automotive technology and a keen interest in Nissanâs innovations, including electric vehicles and autonomous driving.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with the team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
