Responsibility
- Provide expert guidance to customers on Nissan vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to showcase vehicle capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Nissan’s latest models.
- Collaborate with the sales team to organize promotional events and marketing campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and closing sales with professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and automotive sales regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for automobiles and a deep understanding of vehicle technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
