Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and recommending suitable Nissan models.
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to highlight vehicle features and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Nissan’s product lineup, promotions, and financing options.
- Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure a seamless sales process, from inquiry to delivery.
- Build and maintain a client database for effective lead management and follow-up.
- Participate in marketing events, auto shows, and dealership promotions to attract potential buyers.
- Handle customer concerns and objections professionally, ensuring a positive buying experience.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field (fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Passion for the automotive industry and a willingness to stay updated on market trends.
