Responsibility
- Provide personalized consultations to customers, understanding their needs and recommending the ideal Nissan vehicle.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and safety technologies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Nissanâs product lineup, promotions, and financing options.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure a seamless sales process, from inquiry to delivery.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, follow up with prospects, and manage customer data.
- Participate in local marketing events and promotions to expand Nissanâs brand presence in Bali.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, retail, or customer service roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for building trust and satisfaction.
- Valid driverâs license with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate customer needs.
