Responsibility

  • Provide personalized consultations to customers, identifying their needs and recommending suitable Nissan models.
  • Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to showcase vehicle features, performance, and safety.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on Nissan’s latest models, promotions, and financing options to provide accurate information.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups and after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure a seamless sales process, from inquiry to delivery.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales pipelines, and performance metrics.
  • Participate in training programs and product launches to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, retail, or customer service roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for building trust and rapport.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills (Excel, email, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
