Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and recommending suitable Nissan vehicles.
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to highlight vehicle features and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on Nissan’s latest models, promotions, and financing options to provide accurate information.
- Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and negotiations to close sales effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to organize and participate in promotional events and roadshows.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory status.
- Uphold the brand’s reputation by adhering to ethical sales practices and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales objectives.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Basic knowledge of automotive technology and market trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is preferred.
