Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for vehicle units
- Provide expert product knowledge and consultations to customers about vehicle features, specifications, and benefits
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and events
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales or related customer-facing roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Basic understanding of automotive technology and features
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
