Responsibility
- Serve as the primary brand representative at high-end events, pop-ups, and exclusive gatherings in Bali’s luxury hotspots.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, influencers, and industry partners to expand brand reach.
- Deliver compelling brand presentations and product demonstrations tailored to diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and activations that align with brand identity.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to refine brand strategies and improve client engagement.
- Travel regionally (and occasionally internationally) to represent the brand at trade shows, launches, and corporate events.
- Leverage social media and digital platforms to amplify brand visibility and engagement.
- Track and report on KPIs, including lead generation, sales conversions, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or brand representation, preferably in luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities, with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for luxury brands, travel, and creating premium customer experiences.
- Flexibility to travel and work evenings/weekends as required for events and activations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
