Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on vehicles, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, including parts used and labor time.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and manage workflow efficiently.
- Order and manage inventory of spare parts and supplies to support maintenance operations.
- Provide recommendations for upgrades or replacements to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Mechanic, Automotive Technician, or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years in vehicle or machinery maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in vehicles and industrial machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks in various work conditions, including confined spaces or outdoor environments.
- Valid driver’s license and certification in automotive or mechanical engineering (e.g., vocational training, apprenticeship) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with team members and management.
