Join a dynamic sales team as an Automotive Dealer Account Executive and drive revenue growth by connecting premium car and motorcycle dealers with cutting-edge advertising solutions. Based in Bali’s most vibrant business hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our dealer network while delivering measurable results.
This is a contract-based opportunity offering a competitive salary (IDR 6.5M–6.7M/month) plus performance incentives. Responsibility
- Dealer Acquisition: Proactively identify, engage, and onboard car and motorcycle dealers across Bali to our premium advertising platform.
- Consultative Selling: Present tailored ad packages (e.g., featured listings, sponsored placements) that align with dealers’ business goals and budgets.
- Client Education: Train dealers on optimizing their listings, using analytics tools, and maximizing ROI from their ad spend.
- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by upselling additional services (e.g., social media boosts, SEO enhancements).
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends to refine our value proposition for dealers.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and renewal negotiations.
- Reporting: Track and report KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, dealer satisfaction) to internal stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to develop case studies and testimonials from successful dealer campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Track Record: Minimum 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in automotive, digital marketing, or SaaS industries.
- Automotive Knowledge: Familiarity with car/motorcycle dealership operations, sales cycles, or aftermarket services is a major plus.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Indonesian with exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Local Network: Existing connections with Bali-based dealers or automotive businesses are highly advantageous.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Mobility: Willingness to travel within Bali to meet clients on-site (company vehicle or allowance provided).
