Responsibility
- Drive sales of Autokid Truck Solutions’ vehicles, including trucks and commercial vehicles, to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, including businesses, fleet operators, and individual buyers, to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends in Bali’s automotive market.
- Provide expert advice and tailored solutions to customers, helping them select the right vehicle based on their specific requirements and budget.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns to boost brand awareness and sales.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with the logistics and after-sales teams to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and servicing of vehicles for customers.
- Represent Autokid Truck Solutions at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s reach and reputation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive, trucking, or commercial vehicle industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Knowledge of the automotive market, including trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali for customer meetings and events.
