Responsibility

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical and electronic automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on automation equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and sensors.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement upgrades and improvements in automation processes.
  • Document all maintenance activities, system changes, and technical issues for future reference.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance and installation activities.
  • Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and operational staff.
  • Assist in the development and testing of new automation solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automation, electrical, or electronics maintenance.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and other automation components.
  • Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control systems.
  • Experience with industrial automation tools and software (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar).
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in industrial environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
