Responsibility
- Create and modify detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD based on engineer or architect specifications.
- Collaborate with project teams to interpret design concepts and convert them into accurate 2D and 3D models.
- Review and verify drawings for compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements.
- Maintain organized digital files and version control for all project-related drawings and documents.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including layouts, sections, and elevations.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in drawings to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay updated with the latest AutoCAD tools, plugins, and industry best practices.
- Provide technical support to engineers and designers during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an AutoCAD Operator or similar role in engineering, architecture, or construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2020 or later) and familiarity with other CAD software (e.g., Revit, SolidWorks) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards, dimensions, and annotations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
