Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance (PM) schedule for all production equipment and facility infrastructure.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and operations teams to prioritize maintenance tasks based on criticality and impact.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Manage work orders, spare parts inventory, and vendor contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as equipment uptime, mean time between failures (MTBF), and maintenance costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute shutdowns, overhauls, and major repairs with minimal disruption.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities.
- Leverage CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track, analyze, and report maintenance data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or food processing industries.
- Proficient in CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methodologies.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Certifications in maintenance management or reliability engineering are advantageous.
