Responsibility
- Develop detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD software.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to create precise drafts.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications and material lists.
- Participate in site visits to gather measurements and verify existing conditions.
- Maintain organized records of all drafts, revisions, and project-related documents.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior draftsmen and other team members.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
- Strong understanding of construction practices, local building codes, and project coordination.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction standards and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
