Responsibility
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks.
- Conduct thorough vehicle diagnostics to identify mechanical, electrical, and engine-related issues.
- Execute complex repairs on brakes, transmissions, suspension systems, and steering components.
- Maintain accurate logs of all repairs and services performed on client vehicles.
- Ensure that all work meets safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Test drive vehicles to verify that repairs have been completed correctly and that the vehicle operates safely.
- Provide expert advice to clients regarding necessary vehicle repairs and long-term maintenance schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in the workshop.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as an Auto Mechanic or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical systems and electronic diagnostic tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and repair diagrams.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
