Responsibility
- Consult with clients to assess their financial needs and recommend suitable Hire Purchase (HP) loan solutions for vehicle financing.
- Process and evaluate loan applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Explain loan terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and eligibility criteria to customers clearly and transparently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, banks, and financial institutions to facilitate smooth loan approvals.
- Monitor loan portfolios, track repayments, and follow up on delinquent accounts to minimize risk.
- Prepare and submit accurate financial reports, documentation, and client records in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive loan products, and changes in financial regulations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. SPM holders with relevant experience in Hire Purchase or retail banking are also encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in auto loan consulting, Hire Purchase financing, or retail banking is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of loan processing, credit assessment, and financial risk management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with banking or loan management software.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to confidentiality and compliance with financial regulations.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
