Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Promote and cross-sell Bank Mega’s deposit products, savings accounts, and other retail banking services.
- Provide personalized financial advice and solutions tailored to each client’s financial situation.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly funding targets by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or service improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide relevant and compliant advice.
- Prepare and present reports on client portfolios, funding performance, and market insights to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail banking, relationship management, or sales within the financial services sector.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and portfolio growth in a banking environment.
- Strong understanding of retail banking products (e.g., savings accounts, time deposits, current accounts).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and banking software is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are advantageous.
