You will also engage directly with customers, providing them with tailored financial advice and guiding them through the application process. Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with car dealers, customers, and business partners to drive sales and business growth.
- Promote hire purchase financing solutions to customers, providing clear and accurate information about terms, interest rates, and repayment options.
- Assist customers in completing financing applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including credit and operations, to ensure smooth processing of financing applications.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective follow-up strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience in sales, finance, or customer service are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and business partners.
- Basic understanding of financial products, particularly hire purchase or auto financing, is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential; additional languages are a bonus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali to meet with clients and attend business meetings.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for sales and customer service.
