Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a retail team to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for Xiaomi products (smartphones, smart devices, accessories).
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards, resolving inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Implement Xiaomi’s brand guidelines and promotional strategies to enhance visibility and foot traffic.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct regular staff training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing actionable insights to regional management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment aligned with Xiaomi’s brand identity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in consumer electronics or tech products.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales KPIs and managing a team of 5+ staff.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Xiaomi’s product ecosystem or a passion for technology and innovation.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail demands.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
