Responsibility
- Participate in a structured 12-month training program, rotating across various retail departments to gain comprehensive industry knowledge.
- Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service to ensure smooth and efficient store performance.
- Collaborate with store managers and team leaders to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions.
- Lead and motivate store teams by providing guidance, training, and support to achieve operational and sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Build strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and feedback to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of promotional events, product launches, and in-store campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong passion for retail and consumer products, with a keen interest in pursuing a long-term career in management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Basic understanding of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with retail management software is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are an advantage.
