Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of auditors to execute comprehensive audit plans, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Develop and implement risk-based audit programs to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct detailed financial, operational, and compliance audits, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to address audit findings and drive process enhancements.
- Prepare clear and concise audit reports for stakeholders, highlighting key risks, control weaknesses, and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and track progress to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in audit and risk management.
- Mentor and train junior auditors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, risk assessment, and internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO).
- Proficient in using audit software and tools (e.g., ACL, IDEA, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment and adaptability to dynamic business needs.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
