Responsibility
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulations.
- Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
- Review and analyze financial statements, identifying risks and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for audit-related queries.
- Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to clients and senior management.
- Ensure all audit documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Stay updated with changes in auditing standards, regulations, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive audit and assurance services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in auditing, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
