Responsibility
- Analyze and monitor cost expenditures to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare detailed cost reports and presentations for management review.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and budget adherence.
- Develop and maintain costing models to support pricing strategies and profitability analysis.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual and budgeted costs.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and cost control techniques.
