Responsibility
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, corporate taxes, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial performance.
- Mentor and train accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and interact with stakeholders.
- Experience in financial auditing and internal controls is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
