Responsibility
- Manage and maintain Oracle product costing to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Oversee Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy and update records as needed to reflect changes in production.
- Perform regular inventory reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Analyze financial variances and provide detailed reports to management for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity across departments.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing financial statements and reports.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a manufacturing or technology industry.
- Proficiency in Oracle Financials or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
