Responsibility
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately in compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Conduct internal audits to assess financial controls, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity and process efficiency.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts to detect discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in tax filings and ensure compliance with local and national tax laws.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or auditing roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus but not required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
