Responsibility
- Process and manage customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Perform regular reconciliations of accounts receivable records to maintain financial accuracy.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments with clients.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
- Prepare and present reports on accounts receivable aging, collections, and cash flow projections.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts receivable.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and communications.
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency in the AR function.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with reconciliation processes and resolving discrepancies is a plus.
