Join Canning Indonesian Products as a Management Accounting Factory Manager and take the lead in overseeing the financial health of our manufacturing operations in Bali. This pivotal role involves managing the calculation of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), including materials, labor, overhead, utilities, and other supporting costs. Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the calculation of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), including materials, labor, overhead, utilities, and other supporting costs.
- Develop and maintain accurate financial reports and budgets for factory operations.
- Analyze production costs and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to factory operations and financial performance.
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals to ensure high-quality financial reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in using accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of accounting professionals.
