Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and implement recommendations.
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity, providing insights to optimize financial performance.
- Lead financial reporting processes and present findings to senior management.
- Mentor and guide junior finance team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and tax regulations.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a multinational corporation or a similar dynamic setting is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
