Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Oversee procurement processes, from vendor selection to contract negotiation and purchase order management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and procurement guidelines.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize procurement strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor market trends and conduct cost-benefit analyses to inform procurement decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial and procurement activities with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, procurement, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, procurement processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) or finance (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
