Responsibility
- Assist in planning and executing financial statement audits under the supervision of senior auditors.
- Prepare and analyze audit documentation, including working papers, memos, and reports.
- Conduct risk assessments and internal control evaluations for assigned clients.
- Verify the accuracy of financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to identify audit findings and recommend process improvements.
- Support the preparation of audit reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory changes.
- Participate in client meetings and site visits to gather audit evidence and clarify financial data.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards (ISA/GAAS), and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
- High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
