Responsibility
- Lead and manage high-profile audit engagements, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement audit strategies, methodologies, and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Mentor and coach audit teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to drive trust and collaboration.
- Oversee risk assessment and quality control processes to mitigate potential issues and ensure audit integrity.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposal writing, client pitches, and market expansion strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to position the firm as a thought leader.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align audit practices with the firm’s strategic goals and vision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in public accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership or partnership role.
- Proven track record of managing complex audit engagements for diverse clients, including multinational corporations.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards, as well as regulatory compliance requirements.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, build client relationships, and deliver high-quality audit services.
- Familiarity with audit software and tools, as well as emerging technologies in the accounting industry.
