Responsibility
- Prepare and process debit memos, credit memos, and statements of accounts for affiliates.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and supported by complete documentation.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and verify financial data.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Adhere to company policies and financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
