Responsibility
- Manage cash advance liquidation processes, ensuring timely and accurate settlements.
- Perform bank reconciliations to verify financial transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and process checks, receipts, and other financial documents with meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and supporting financial data.
- Contribute to financial reporting by compiling and analyzing accounting information.
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or financial roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
