Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate cash reports and bank reconciliation statements.
- Process and verify daily cash transactions, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
- Handle promotional claims and ensure timely submission and resolution.
- Organize and archive all transaction documents, ensuring completeness and easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy.
- Monitor cash flow and report any irregularities to management.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cash handling, bank reconciliation, or a similar role.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
