Responsibility
- Lead and supervise accounting and tax consulting projects for a diverse client base.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and audit reports.
- Provide strategic financial advice to clients to optimize their tax positions.
- Mentor junior team members and oversee their professional development.
- Liaise with government agencies and external auditors as required.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax consulting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
