Responsibility
- Assist in daily accounting tasks, including data entry, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities under the supervision of senior accountants.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in tax filings as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and provide insights.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Certification in accounting (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus but not required.
