Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce financial risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Monitor financial transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounts receivable processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus but not required.
