Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, including listed companies and multinational corporations.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local regulatory requirements, providing technical expertise on complex accounting issues.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and stakeholders.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, audit reports, and management letters with precision and clarity.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional growth and technical skills.
- Identify risk areas and control deficiencies, recommending actionable insights to improve financial processes.
- Collaborate with tax, advisory, and consulting teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
- Stay abreast of emerging accounting standards, industry trends, and regulatory changes affecting audit practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CA, or equivalent certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 7+ years of audit experience in a Big Four or reputable accounting firm, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Deep knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK).
- Proven track record of leading audit teams and managing client portfolios in multinational environments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills in English (fluency is required).
- Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in audit software (e.g., CaseWare, TeamMate) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
