Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., PSAK, IFRS).
- Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize liabilities while ensuring full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial statement preparation and audit coordination.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to provide actionable insights for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational strategies.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns, VAT reports, and other statutory filings.
- Mentor and guide junior finance team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, or Brevet A/B) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a multinational or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
