Responsibility
- Review and draft financial disclosures, including annual reports, quarterly filings, and ad-hoc regulatory submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance with local and international standards (e.g., SEC, IFRS, GAAP).
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and executive teams to gather, verify, and consolidate disclosure-related data and narratives.
- Monitor regulatory updates and industry best practices to proactively adjust disclosure processes and content.
- Respond to inquiries from regulators, investors, and auditors with precise, timely, and professional communication.
- Develop and maintain a centralized repository of disclosure documents, version histories, and approval workflows.
- Conduct risk assessments on disclosure content to identify potential gaps or inconsistencies.
- Assist in the preparation of board materials and investor presentations, ensuring alignment with disclosed information.
- Train and guide internal stakeholders on disclosure requirements and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or similar certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting, compliance, or disclosure analysis, preferably in a corporate or public accounting setting.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., SEC, IFRS, GAAP) and financial disclosure requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify technical information for non-expert audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and financial reporting software (e.g., Workiva, Hyperion).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
